Trustworthy Updates for Quick Response
The NPC PASS system is powered by Tech Radium’s IRIS system, which uses a mix of media to communicate advisories, alerts, and recalls. The alert asks recipients to answer five brief questions to determine where the issue is and ensure NPC can preempt any restaurant and consumer exposure to affected product.
The NPC Audit Team
In addition to PASS, NPC works with a team of Compass Group in-house auditors and food safety scientists who are in the field, not only in the U.S., but in all countries of sourced product. The quality assurance audit team manages required 3rd-party audits as well as additional audits for due diligence, and many brand-specific projects. The team is available for assistance with any needs and requirements.
